RETURN POLICY ON HANDBAGS AND JEWELRY

We work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. All merchandise is reviewed before shipping.
Refunds are offered on DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ONLY as long as the following conditions are met:
- Defective items must be reported to us within (2) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (7) days of the date of receipt.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale items. FINAL SALE
- All merchandise must be returned in original condition including damaged or defective items. The refund will not be issued without the original packaging materials (include original packing slip) merchandise was shipped.
- If ALL conditions are met, refund will be issued once defective items have been returned and properly checked for damage. Return shipping fee will be included.
No returns will be accepted after (7) days of delivery, regardless of reasons. We will not accept returns aside from defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.
